List of free e-Learning platforms developed by the Government of India:
Free e-resources can access across the country at anytime and anywhere.
Swayam: It provides a learning platform for students that are studied from Class 9 up to post classes. Swayam.gov.in is the official website to get information or resources’.
Diksha: diksha.gov.in is the official website where students and teachers can be getting different CBSE, SCERTs and NCERT related free e-resources. It is an initiative of the National Council of Educational Research and Training, Ministry of Education, Government of India.
E-ShodhSindhu: e-ShodhSindhu official website is ess.inflibnet.ac.in. It provides current and archival resources to its institutional members. It has a number of bibliographic, citation, factual databases and more than 10,000 peer-reviewed journals.
E-Shodhganga is a digital repository platform that provides access to current as well as archives of more than 15,000 core and peer-reviewed journals. It is a platform for research students to deposit their Ph.D. theses and it available to the entire scholarly community in open access. It is available at http://sodhganga.inflibnet.ac.in/.
Swayam Prabha:  The official website of swayamprabha is swayamprabha.gov.in. Actually it has 34 DTH channels, where high-quality educational programs are telecasted 24X7. The NPTEL, IITs, UGC, CEC, IGNOU, NCERT and NIOS are the course content providers.
E-PG Pathshala: The official website of E-PG Pathshala is epgp.inflibnet.ac.in. It contains almost all streams like social sciences, arts, fine arts and humanities, natural & mathematical sciences. It is a project of MHRD under its National Mission on Education which is run through ICT and executed by the UGC.
NPTEL (National Program on Technology Enhanced Learning):  The official website of NPTEL is nptel.ac.in.  It is run by seven IITs as IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIT Guwahati, IIT Roorkee and IISc Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore since 2003. It contains open online courses for engineering and core science subjects.
CEC-UGC YouTube channel platform provides access to the unlimited educational curriculum at free of cost. The full form of CEC is Consortium for Educational Communication. It is an Inter - university center established by the University Grants Commission of India.  It fulfills necessary requirements of higher educational learners by electronic media with the help of current emerging Information Communication Technology (ICT). . National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a pilot project under the Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT) and its funding requirement is completed through Ministry of Education.  Students can use (http://ndl.iitgp.ac.in/).
Vidwan is a database of experts and National Research Network which has profiles of scientists / researchers and other faculty members working at leading academic institution. It is available on htttp://vidwan.inflibnet.ac.in.
UG/PG massive online open courses (MOOCs) host learning materials of the UG/PG Swayam non-technology archived courses.  Its website is (http://ugcmoocs.inflibnet.ac.in/ugcmoocs/moocs_courses.php).
e-content in 87 UG courses with about 24110 e-content modules are available on consortium for educational communication-CEC website (http://cec.nic.in).
e-Yantra provides hands on experience on embedded systems. It has about 380 Lab and made 2300+ colleges benefited. Its website is (https://www.e-yantra.org/).
e-gyankosh is a National Digital Repository to store and share the digital learning resources.  Its content developed by the Open and Distance Learning Institutions in the country. website is (http://egyankosh.ac.in/).
Gyan Darshan is a web based TV channel devoted to educational and developmental needs for Open and Distance Learner. Its website is (http://www.ignouonline.ac.in/gyandarshan/).
Gyan Vani (web radio) available at(105.6 FM Radio)
Gyan Dhara is an internet audio counselling service where students can listen to the live discussions by the teachers and experts on the topic of the day and interact with them through telephone (http://ignouonline.ac.in/Gyandhara/).
