The Alumnae Association ‘Ojasvini’ came into existence in the year 2008. The same year our first Alumnae meet was held and we received very satisfactory response through willing and active participation of more than five hundred ex-students.
The slogan of ‘Ojasvini is 'Atm Deepo Bhav’ i.e., Try to explore the treasure within you. Trust yourself, spread the light of knowledge all around. Initially there was no membership fee for the ex-students but on 11th November, 2020, the Alumnae Association of the college acquired a registered status. Now the registration for the same is available online and offline both. The annual membership and life time membership fee is ₹ 100 and ₹ 500 respectively.
We intend to utilize the fund thus raised to felicitate the most meritorious student of the Arts, Science & Commerce faculty of the college every year. The office bearers of this Association have taken charge of various responsibilities to the institution. They are rendering valuable service through alumnae lecture series sessions organized in the college periodically. Their interaction with the students is bearing positive impact on their academic and emotional health.
We feel proud to mention that there is a very strong chain of competent and capable alumnae who have the urge to give and contribute to the institution as per requirement. At present our alumnae are holding important positions in banks, multinational companies, research centres, universities, colleges and have brought honour to the institution.
